By using wovue.ai, you agree to these terms. They cover only this website. The Wovue iOS app, when it launches, will have its own end-user license.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the local age of digital consent where you live, whichever is higher.

Acceptable use

Don't try to break, scrape, or abuse the site or its forms. Don't submit unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent content. We can block access if you do.

Our content

The Wovue name, weave mark, copy, and design are ours. We grant you permission to view this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. All other rights reserved.

Anything you send us

When you join the waitlist or send a contact message, you give us permission to use what you submitted only to do what you asked (notify you about launch, or reply to your message). You can revoke that and ask for deletion any time.

No warranties

The site is provided as is. We don't guarantee it will be bug-free, available at all times, or that the iOS app will launch on a specific date.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Wovue is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages from your use of the site. Our total liability is capped at US$100.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
